Edo Clinic is a clinical research organization that supports clinical studies carried out by qualified research professionals at established research facilities. Edo Clinic is not a clinic or medical provider, does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or medical advice, and does not establish a physician-patient relationship with you.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and complete. Eligibility for any individual study is determined solely by the research site or study sponsor carrying out that study.

Participation in any study is entirely voluntary. Before enrolling, you will receive full disclosure of the procedures, expectations, and known risks involved, and you must provide written informed consent. You may withdraw from any study at any time without penalty, subject to the terms of that study's consent documents.

Qualifying studies may offer fair compensation for your time and participation. Compensation terms, if any, are set by the study sponsor or research site and vary by study. Edo Clinic does not guarantee that you will be eligible for any study or that any particular compensation will be offered.

• Program description: service updates, screening and appointment notifications, and account messages related to clinical study applications.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your application.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Edo Clinic does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
• Opt-out: you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.

• Consent is not required: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of participating in any study or of purchasing any products or services.
• Carriers: supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.

Separate optional consent may be given to receive marketing communications and promotions by text. That consent is also optional and may be withdrawn by replying STOP.

Information you submit is used to review your eligibility for studies as described in our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own purposes.

You agree not to submit false information, submit information on behalf of another person without authorization, interfere with the operation of our website, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.
